CCE Training for CBSE Teachers & Pricipals

CBSE has released Empowerment Training course for teachers associated with CBSE affiliated schools across the nation. These trainings have been made mandatory for every school with CBSE saying teachers must have at least a week’s training every year.

The majority of the schools and teachers knows the various elements of CCE and its particular requirement  but experiences difficulties in following these individuals efficiently. Teachers often struggle while coping with maintaining  students, record keeping, completing syllabus, involvement and staying updated with the latest changes in CCE. These altrations require training so that teachers are aware of the latest methods.

5 - Days Residential & Non - Residential Training Workshop

CBSE, The Indian national board with an envious number of over 13000 school as on 2012 in India and quite a few in Asia, has proactively recognized changes in education taking place today and has introduced many reforms to upgrade the quality education in schools in India. These reforms include replacing mark system by grade system, the assessment pattern in terms of Comprehensive Continuous Evaluation, Accreditation, health and wellness programs and many more programs to ensure student's all round development. CBSE has made a paradigm shift from academic development of a child to a holistic and total development of a child with regard to his/her attitude, knowledge, skill-sets, competence and Life Skills. Teaching has become individualized and learner-centric.

To support these reforms, CBSE has taken one major initiative to offer intensive CCE training for CBSE Principals to all CBSE affiliated schools in India & abroad by nominating able and competent agency to organise and facilitate such training, known as School Management & Leadership training workshops.

One more initiative towards aligning our teachers to these reforms has also been introduced by CBSE in terms of Teacher Training Workshops. MDN Edify Education Pvt. Ltd. is nominated as an accredited agency, certified by CBSE, to implement these workshops pan India, for both principals & teachers.

A Unique work shop which will create a sustained learning curve and also provide hands-on experience helping the participants in overcoming their problem areas. A 5-day Residential & Non- Residential training workshop, strategically divided into 3 phases i.e.,

  • Pre- Training
  •  Training
  • Post - Training
The first phase starts with need assessment which will lay the foundation for the workshop which will be customized according to the specific needs of the participants.

The second phase comprises of diverse training methods which includes usage of various tools and techniques such as, Case study, Role plays, Self-analytical instruments, Games and Activities, giving the participants  overall exposure.
